BOTANICALS FOR A DISTINCT GIN

  • Eleven select botanicals sourced mainly from Khari Baoli - Asia’s largest spice market - make up TERAI.

  • JUNIPER BERRIES

    हपुषा / hapusha

    The foundation of all Gin. Lots of pine, citrus and sweet wood

  • LAVENDER

    धारू / dharu

    A fulsome floral character. Sweet, floral & spicy

  • ALMOND

    बादाम / bādāama

    Lends heavily to mouth feel and acts as a fixative. Oily & sweet

  • A vibrant gin which begins with lush green notes lifted by a citrus zest.

  • FENNEL

    मधुरिका / madhurikā

    Herbaceous, soft wood with brown sugar and natural anise character

  • ANGELICA ROOT

    छोरक जड़ / choraka jad

    A supporting botanical. Earthy and dry with a little nettle-like spice
